In this video, Fr. John helps us understand how to use the “Four Cs” of meditation, Concentrate, Consider, Converse, and Commit. To learn more about this method and to dig deeper in your relationship with Christ through Christian meditation, please consider purchasing Fr. John’s fantastic book, The Better Part – A Christ Centered Resource for Personal Prayer.

Wow!!!! That, Father John, is beautiful. Now to-day God in the Minute Meditation asked me to give up Three Things for Him…..this is a good time to do that…..I asked Jesus what He wants me to give up as I venerated His Divine Mercy Image………He has not told me yet what He wants me to give up for Him as my Birthday Present and I am looking at Him as I type this and waiting for His answer…..now, Father John, is that Meditation????

Great review…and beautiful blog!  My sister always quotes the one about the angels of the little children beholding the face of God.

      God bless you, Theresa.
