I am in a faith formation program and one thing we learn is how to gather, or 'grab the graces' the Lord sends us. Jesus says "...whoever does not gather with me scatters." (Lk 11:23) So we strive to watch for the gifts and graces God gives us every day. There are two, (at least), big benefits in doing this. First, we begin to see how very active God really is in our life; there are many days when I see so many gifts that I can't remember them all......I usually try to jot down in my journal a couple that really speak to me. Secondly, having saved and stored these little gems or treasures, we can go back to them when things aren't going so well. They remind of us God's goodness and help us to keep going.<br><br>Over the past several days I have encountered many situations where I am conscious of the need to 'not worry about what other people might think' and keep my focus on Jesus.............this really helps, and so I'm going to grab the grace, print this out, and put it in my journal. :)<br><br>Thank you, and God Bless!
